SHORT bath meditation
Get comfy in the tub,
close your eyes,
imagine all the stress and pain of day,
flowing out of you,
into the tub,
and down the drain.

LONG bath meditation:
you can also do this without water.
Just find a quiet corner where you won't be disturbed for a while.
Get comfy in the tub,
close your eyes,
and imagine all stress,
flowing out of you,
into the tub,
and down the drain.
imagine
you have painless tubes
coming out of any area or organ of your body
that is giving you trouble,
(or, just imagine two tubes coming out of your heels and emptying into the water.)
now,
imagine water,
like a river,
flowing out of you
though the tubes
and into tne bath tub,
and down the drain.
Carrying all of the stress,
or pain or illness
in your body,
and in your life
with it.
imagine the sea,
and that all the dark energy or illness
that you have eliminated from your system,
is emptying out into the waves,
but as it comes into contact
with the healing waters
the dark energies are instantly transformed
into pure positive energy,
that appears as a white, or golden, or blue light,
Now,
Take as much or as little of that pure energy
as you need,
you may wish to focus the enery were you feel you need it.
now relax,
and just feel the water all around you .
