sit up straight and stretch you spine.

gently tap all over your head with the pads of your fingers,
do it until you fell more alert.

7 step Nose Breath Brain Booster

Do this one while breathing normally, no fancy stuff ....

(1) close left nostril with your thumb
(2) breath in through right nostril,
(3) release left nostril
(4) close right nostril with index finger,
(5) breath out through the left nostril
(6) breath in through the left nostril
(7) close left nostril with thumb
(8) breath out through right nostril
(9) breath in through right nostril
(10) go back to (4) and repeat the process.

Do this exercise until you experience it's refreshing effects,
or until you get sick of doing it.

I use it when I am studying, it helps to clear your head, and helps with mental alertness focus and concentration,
it's great in combination with
the nostril nose breath,
close one nostril, breath in, breath out,
then do same on the other side. Breath normally.
